What are you excited about right now? 
Getting ready to launch my new business!

Who is your ideal client?  
Someone who has been in business for at least five years and is ready to take it to the next level. They’ve tried the DIY marketing but want something that is consistently effective. I work with a lot of accounting & law firms, but have clients in all industries.

What is a big goal you are working towards right now?  
I’m rebranding to be an example of what I want for my clients. My new brand is very personalized with me being the face of the brand and is very focused on my unique selling proposition.

What advice would you give yourself if you were starting over? 
Choose one or two areas to specialize in. You don’t need to know how to do everything.

What is your business superpower?  
Marketing strategy and project management.

What is something people don’t understand about the work you do?  
A lot of my clients think they can implement a marketing tactic without brand strategy. For example, I worked with a client who wanted to run Google Ads, yet their website was a poor representation of their business. They didn’t know what their unique selling proposition was, and therefore neither did their prospects. There is a lot of competition out there, so it’s crucial to figure out what makes you different so you can stand out from your competitors.

I love being around people who are running a business similar to mine. The people at InSpark help me work through challenges and celebrate with me when I get a new client. 

What advice would you give someone who is thinking about coworking?  
Give it a try. At first I wasn’t sure if I would like it because I like my desk set up in a certain way, but guess what?  I can set it up anyway I want to at InSpark. I also worried about getting distracted, but found that noise cancelling headphones help me to focus and signal to others that I’m in the zone.
